Step 1

Prepare small plastic tupperware box by lining with the greaseproof paper provided

Step 2

Skip to step 3 if nuts not selected as additional ingredient during purchase

Chop cahsews / walnuts into small pieces

Step 3

Scoop out the coconut oil from the two pots into a medium size microwaveable bowl

Melt in the microwave in 20 second bursts until melted (stir when checking)

Step 4

Once the oil is melted, add the golden syrup and vanilla, and sieve in the cocoa powder and salt

If applicable add the nut pieces now 

Step 5

Whisk with a fork to combine until smooth – should be pouring consistency

Step 6

Pour mixture into the prepared plastic tub and allow to set in the freezer for around 2 hours, remove and allow to warm on the counter until you are able to cut it

Step 7

Cut into bite sized squares and store in the fridge if there’s still some left!
