Step 1

Remove the lid of the coconut oil pot and melt coconut in the microwave until melted (around 30 seconds)

Step 2

Once melted pour the coconut oil into a medium sized bowl and add the peanut butter and agave syrup

Step 3

Stir together

Step 4

Add in the the remaining ingredients and mix until combined

Step 5

If time chill in the fridge for 30 minutes

Step 6

Once chilled, roll into equal size balls – makes around 24 balls of 1 tablespoon size

Step 7

Time to eat them and store the leftovers in the fridge
