Step 1

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C

Step 2

Melt butter in a small microwaveable bowl in the microwave in 15 seconds burts (stir each time you check) until runny and melted

Step 3

Once melted, pour the butter into the tin/dish – don’t worry that it barely covers the bottom as this is how it should be!

Step 4

Place the biscuits either into a large resealable bag (or do bit by bit in a smaller bag) or place into a large bowl and smash into crumbs with a rolling pin or the bottom of a glass

Pour evenly over the butter layer

Step 5

Using a chopping board and a sharp knife carefully cut all the chocolate into chunks and sprinkle over the biscuit layer evenly

Step 6

Chop walnuts in half and sprinkle over chocolate

Step 7

Open the sweetened condensed milk can and pour evenly over all the layers

Step 8

Finally sprinkle coconut over the milk layer

Step 9

Bake for around 25 – 30 minutes or until the edges turn slightly golden brown

Step 10

Once baked remove from the oven and set the tin/dish on a cooling rack and allow to cool completely

Step 11

Cut into squares and try the yummiest bar ever!

Store in an airtight container
