Step 1

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C and line the tin with the greaseproof paper provided

Step 2

In a medium sized bowl add all the bag of dry ingredients

Step 3

Next using a knife and a chopping board cut the nuts into small chunks

Add the nuts to the bowl along with the seeds and sultanas

Step 4

In a medium sized saucepan add the honey, coconut oil, salt, cinnamon and peanut butter

Melt over medium hear stirring with a wooden spoon until smooth and runny

Step 5

Once melted carefully pour over the dry ingredients in the bowl and stir until all combined

Step 6

Once combined spoon mixture into the lined tin, pat mixture down firmly and evenly

Step 7

Bake in the centre of the oven for aroun 14 minutes – or until slightly golden on the top

Step 8

Once baked remove from oven and allow to cool on a cooling ran

Step 9

Once it is cool enough, lift the greaseproof from the tin and cut into 10 equal size bars/ however many bars you would like
