Peanut Butter Balls

Step 1

Line a baking tray with the greaseproof paper provided

Step 2

Place the butter in a large microwaveable bowl and melt in the microwave in 20 second bursts until melted – stir every 20 seconds

Step 3

Sieve the icing sugar into the melted butter and stir

Step 4

Add in the peanut butter and mix until thick and smooth

Step 5

If time chill in the fridge for 30 minutes but if not go to next step

Step 6

Scoop/grab bite sized pieces of mix and roll into balls and place on tray

Step 7

Melt the chocolate in a microwaveable bowl (if more than one chocolate type use separate bowls) in 20 second bursts stirring each time until smooth (around 1 minute)

Step 8

Coat each ball in the melted chocolate – use a metal spoon/spoons to coat or roll them in the melted chocolate – and set them back on the tray

Step 9

Once they are all covered let them chill in the fridge/freezer depedning on how you like it
