Pink Rice Crispy Squares

Step 1

Line the 8×8″ tin with the greaseproof paper provided

Step 2

Melt the butter in a large saucepan over a medium heat until melted

Step 3

Next add the marshmallows and stir until melted and turn off the heat

Step 4

Add in the food colouring and stir

Step 5

Finally add in the cereal and coat with melted mixture

Step 6

Scoop mixture into the prepared tin and allow to set in the fridge for around 1 hour

Step 7

After 50 minutes, melt the white chocolate in a small microwaveable bowl in 20 second bursts, stir when checking, and continue until melted

Step 8

Take the Rice Crispy treats from the fridge, peel off the greaeseproof paper and place on chopping board

Step 9

Drizzle with melted chocolate

Step 10

Cut into 9 squares and store in the fridge
