Step 1

Prepare tin by either lining with greaseproof paper or grease with a little butter/marg/oil

Step 2

In a large saucepan melut butter over low heat and stir constantly

Step 3

Add marshmallows to saucepan and continue to stir until they are melted

Step 4

Remove saucepan from heat

Step 5

Stir in rice krispies (and additional ingredients if selcted during purchase) coating them evenly with marhsmallow and butter mixture

Step 6

Using silicone spatula (or a metal spoon) spoon out mixture and put in prepared tin

Step 7

Press mixture evenly into tin

Step 8

Chill in fridge for minutes

Step 9

Once chilled remove from fridge, (melt chocolate/topping in microwave-safe bowl in 15 sec bursts until melted) and cut into squares- makes around 24 squares
