Super Quick Chocolate Fudge

Step 1

Prepare a tin by lining with greaseproof paper

Step 2

Break the chocolate up into squares

If nuts were chosen during order use a chopping board and a sharp knife to cut these up into small pieces

Step 2

In a medium saucepan add sugar, salt, milk and butter and melt on medium-high heat

Step 3

Bring mixture to boil (lots of bubbles) & stir constantly

Once boiling allow to cook for 5 minutes – remember to not stop stirring

Step 4

After 5 minutes quickly add in all the chocolate, stir and once melted remove saucepan from heat

Step 5

Quickly stir in all the marshmallows and vanilla

Add nuts too if applicable and stir

Step 6

Pour/ spoon the fudge into the prepared tin, flatten down with the back of a metal spoon and chill in the fridge until set

Step 7

Once the fudge is set, remove from the fridge and cut into bite size pieces

Store in the fridge in an airtight container
