Search no more for a super moist carrot cake recipe. This carrot cake is so soft and moist and there’s just the right amount of cinnamon, as well as a vanilla buttercream frosting. We recommend spicing up the frosting a little by selecting the cinnamon buttercream option. For another texture inside the cake opt for the addition of walnuts or sultanas. To decorate the top add some walnuts and/or white chocolate buttons to finish.
