These Energy Bites (Vegan) are so easy to make (and to eat!). It literally takes minutes to whip up the ingredients into a mix, then if you have time they are chilled, and then rolled into bite-sized balls. Packed with oats, pea protein, and peanut butter to give you a kick of energy. If you want yours to be a little chocolatey opt for the addition of cocoa powder.
